PEPI US offers a tailored Leadership Development Program that is structured around "real world" case studies and led by our A&M leaders across the PEPI practice, ensuring critical cross-functional collaboration.
We like to say that our training programs are “Of the People, By the People, For the People1” since they are led, kept current, and involve all levels of practice professionals as students, faculty, training support team members, coaches, and case role players. Under the guidance of PEPI US leadership, as well as select external experts, these programs continually evolve to address market demands.
The focus of our suite of leadership development training programs is on building analytical skills to create value-based solutions, developing and delivering effective communication strategies, and enhancing collaboration to take productive actions with our clients.
Our faculty, participant teams, coaches, and case study role players are deeply committed to the success of our practitioners in training.
Consider this: For every practitioner who goes through any of our federal training programs:
Each training
requires an
average of 52
hours of investment
by each participant.
The senior team
assigned to each
of the trainings
dedicates an
average of 57 hours
per participant.
In Fiscal Year (FY)
2023, 33% of our
staff participated
in federal training.
That number is
anticipated to rise
to 53% in FY24.
