  • Integration planning and execution assistance for HR across three stages (discovery, blueprinting, and planning)
  • Develop pro forma org chart and composition of the go-forward management team
  • Support new organization design and alignment of resources, including job title and compensation comparison
  • Support the HR function with the harmonization of payroll, insurance benefits, and 401(k); including corresponding vendors

  • Support the stand-up of the HR function with the selection of HR vendors for payroll, brokerage, and 401(k) administration
  • Assist in negotiating key employee and retention agreements, as required
